How long does delivery take, and where do you ship from?

All items ship from a warehouse in the United States — no customs, no international delays. Delivery takes 3 to 7 business days after your order is placed. You will receive UPS tracking by email as soon as your order ships. Shipping is free on all orders. We ship to the United States only.

Is assembly required?

Both of our sofas arrive flat-packed and are designed for easy assembly. No tools beyond what's in the box are required. — Medieval 4-Seater: ships in 2 boxes, wooden frame with solid wood legs to attach. — Rosewood 3-Seater: ships in 1 compressed box.

What are the dimensions, and will it fit through my door?

Full assembled dimensions are listed on every product page. Before ordering, measure your doorway, hallway and any stairwell the sofa needs to pass through. A standard US interior door is about 32 inches wide. Our sofas ship flat-packed, so the boxes are significantly narrower than the assembled sofa — the largest single box is about 45 x 41 x 15 inches.

What is the frame and upholstery made of?

Medieval 4-Seater (Beige): wooden frame with a wooden seat base and exposed solid wood legs. Polyester fabric upholstery. High-density foam cushions. Assembled: 104.72" L × 40.94" W × 30.71" H. Weight: 165 lbs. — Rosewood 3-Seater (with cup holders): premium corduroy fabric, stain-resistant and pet-friendly. High-density foam with springs. All seat cushions and back pillows are removable and washable. Built-in cup holders in both armrests. Assembled: 84.25" L × 29.92" W × 34.65" H. Weight: 91 lbs.

What is your return policy?

Damaged or not as described: we offer a full refund or replacement. Changed your mind: we refund 30% of your purchase price and you keep the sofa — we don't ask you to ship a sofa back. Sofa covers: standard 30-day return, return shipping paid by the customer, full refund once received.

What happens if my sofa arrives damaged?

Just send us a video when you open the package and we'll replace the item at no cost.
